Date of birth/marriage

Please note that one of the following is required before a message can be sent by Her Majesty the Queen:

Copy of the birth/marriage certificate, or
Certificate from the Registrar General, Vital Statistics, or
Photocopy from a family bible
Copy of driver's license or passport, or
Certificate from a priest (the person/couple can go to a priest and swear they are x years old/have been married x years and a certificate obtained to this effect).
